Maybe it is better to transfer our old decrepit Manila Zoo to the air-conditioned, august and with huge multi-billion peso annual budget Philippine Senate?

I strongly believe our Philippine Senate---complete with its huge annual budget in the billions of pesos!!!---would be put to better use (in aid of legislation?) if it just hosts permanently our woeful Manila Zoo? This is not only better entertainment than the dirty, cynical political circus we're subjected to by legislators, but also For General Patronage too and more educational, edifying!
